Stilton is great for your bones and DNA and protects from infection. Often referred to as the king of cheeses, Stilton dates back to the late 17th or early 18th century from the village of Stilton. It has its own Certification Trade Mark and is an EU Protected Food Name. It has a slightly acidic tang which blends perfectly with its rich, creamy texture, it melts well making it great for cooking and you can freeze it.
