This Indian five spice mix has a small amount of nutrients, but add it for its great flavour. If you can’t find panch phoran in your local shops, it's made of these spices: equal amounts of of each, fenugreek seed, nigella seed (black onion seed), cumin seed, black mustard seed and fennel seed.
