1) Peheat oven to 225c Gas 7.
2) Hold the asparagus near the ens of the stalk and bend. The woody end will break off.
3) Wrap the Parma ham around the asparagus tightly.
4) Place on lightly greased baking tray.
5) Bake in oven for 15 - 20 minutes depending on the size of the asparagus.
