3 tsp. Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp. Mayonnaise
12 Black Olives
2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1. Hard boil eggs.
2. Slice in two and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
3. To the yolks add the sugar, vinegar, mustard and mayonnaise and mush together. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Refill the egg half's.
5. Cut a black olive in two, then cut one half into slices.
6. Place the olive half on the refilled egg and arrange the slices as eggs.
