1) Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the soya beans for 4 minutes. Drain and cool in cold water. 2) Add the beans to a food processor along with the lime juice, red chilli, yogurt, and garlic clove and blitz until smooth. 3) Stir in the red onion and chopped coriander. 4) Serve with the crudities. 5) Can be kept covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
