Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Bring as pan of water to a simmer and add a tablespoon of vinegar to help solidify the egg white.
2) Create a whirlpool in the simmering water and drop the eggs in one at a time, turn the heat right down and cook for 3-5 minutes.
3) In a frying pan lightly saute the halved cherry tomatoes in a drizzle of olive oil.
4) Serve with a sprinkling of salt and pepper.
