Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Make a vinaigrette by whisking together all of the ingredients except the apples, fennel bulb and Jerusalem artichoke. Season to taste.
2) Add artichoke, apples, and fennel. Toss well. 
3) Cover and put in the fridge to allow the flavours to meld. Leave for at least half and hour but not more than a day. 
4) Check seasoning before serving.
