30ml/2 tbsp olive oil nutritional information
30ml/2 tbsp olive oil
200g frozen large prawns, defrosted nutritional information
200g frozen large prawns, defrosted
60ml sweet chilli dipping sauce nutritional information
60ml sweet chilli dipping sauce

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Preheat oven to 240°C, Gas 9. 
2) Lay out 1 sheet of filo pastry and cut it into 2cm strips, widthwise. 
3) Brush each strip lightly with oil on both sides and wrap it around a tiger prawn, tucking some pastry over the prawn end and leaving the tail end visible 
4) Repeat this process with the other 3 pieces of pastry until all the prawns are covered. 
5) Place on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 5 minutes until golden brown. 
6) Serve immediately  with sweet chilli dipping sauce.
