2 slices wholemeal bread nutritional information

4 slices of prosciutto nutritional information

10g of cream cheese nutritional information

4 medium free range eggs nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Preheat the oven to 180°C
2) Snap the dry ends off of the asparagus.
3) Wrap each spear in half a slice of prosciutto.
4) Place the wrapped spears on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.
5) Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to a simmer and add a tablespoon of vinegar to help solidify the egg white.
6) Create a whirlpool in the simmering water and drop the eggs in one at a time, turn the heat right down and cook for 3-5 minutes.
7) Toast the bread and spread with the cream cheese.
8) Serve the eggs and asparagus on the toast.
