2 tsp dried tyme nutritional information
2 tsp dried tyme
2 tsp dried oregano nutritional information
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp ground ginger nutritional information
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt nutritional information
1 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper nutritional information
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp gluten free flour nutritional information
1 tbsp gluten free flour

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Cut the swede into thin fries.
2) Bring a saucepan of water big enough to hold all of the fires to a boil.
3) Add the fries and boil for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
4) Meanwhile mix all of the other ingredients, except the oil, together in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
5) Put the fries into the bag of seasoning and give a good shake to coat well.
6) Remove the fries from the bag and shake off any excess coating.
7) Heat the oil in a high sided saucepan until hot enough that when you drop a fry in it rises to the top immediately.
8) Turn the oil down to medium and add the fries. You may need to do this in two lots.
9) Cook for approximately 10 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
