450ml single cream nutritional information

40g sun dried tomatoes, chopped  nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Preheat oven to 190°C, Gas 5.
2) Put pasta in a pan of boiling salted water and cook for 8-10 minutes until just tender. Drain well.
3) Stir the ham and sun dried tomatoes into the pasta and put in a greased ovenproof dish.
4) Beat together the eggs, cream and seasoning and half the Gruyère cheese. Pour over the pasta.
5) Sprinkle remaining Gruyère and parmesan cheese over the top and bake for 40 minutes until golden.
