Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Add the lamb and swede to a pan with the water.
2) Bring to the boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
3) Add the carrots and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
4) Add the leek, parsnips and potatoes for 15 minutes more. Season to taste.
5) Serve with the chopped parsley sprinkled over the top.
