Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) In a large serving bowl, combine the tomatoes, butter beans, mackerel and rocket. Set aside.
2) Fry the bacon in the olive oil until golden, add the garlic and white wine and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
3) Stir in the parsley, season and pour over the salad.
