What are the health benefits of Chicken and peanut butter curry?

A simple curry whose nutrients will give you energy and look after your cells. This fab curry sauce can be made with any meat or vegetable combination. Alternatively the sauce can be made on its own and served sate style with skewers of meat, vegetables or tofu.

4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter nutritional information

400g tinned chopped tomatoes nutritional information

2 tsp ground cumin nutritional information
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp mild curry powder nutritional information
1 tbsp mild curry powder

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Make slashes in the chicken thighs.
2) Add all of the ingredients to a large saucepan, over a medium heat.
3) Stir well and bring up to a simmer.
4) Turn down to a very low simmer and cook for 1 hour or until the chicken falls off the bone, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
5) Serve with rice.

*You can remove all of the thighs and take the chicken off the bone, then re add before serving if you prefer.
