This quick supper dish will look after your immune system and cells and give you energy. The combination of ginger, soy sauce and cream may seem a bit odd, but it really works.

2 red peppers washed and cored nutritional information
2 red peppers washed and cored
1 medium red onion peeled nutritional information

2tsp ginger powder nutritional information
2tsp ginger powder
2 garlic cloves peeled and finely sliced nutritional information
2 garlic cloves peeled and finely sliced
Few dashes soy sauce nutritional information
Few dashes soy sauce
100ml double cream nutritional information
100ml double cream
Salt and black pepper to taste nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) De bone the chicken thighs and slice into very thin strips.
2) Cut the peppers and onions into thin strips and slice the garlic into slithers.
3) Heat the oil over a medium hot heat and add the chicken, peppers and onion.
4) Stir-fry for a few minutes until the chicken is almost cooked, turning down the heat if necessary.
5) Add the garlic, ginger and seasoning and stir fry for a few minutes more to finish cooking the chicken.
6) Add the soy sauce, stir to coat and then add the cream.
7) Heat the cream through and serve immediately with fries or wild and white rice.
