Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Place the stock, ginger, garlic, lemon grass, sherry, mushrooms and soy in the bottom of a steamer and bring to the boil.
2) Place the two fish in the steamer and steam over the boiling stock for 7 minutes.
3) Serve the fish in a tray with the broth poured over and coriander sprinkled on top.
4) Serve with sticky rice.
