Salt and black pepper to taste nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Preheat oven to 180C, gas mark 4.
2) Grease a 6 mould muffin tin with butter.
3) Beat the eggs and add the bacon, emmental and seasoning.
4) Divide the mixture between the moulds.
5) Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, until eggs are just cooked.
6) Serve hot or cold.
