Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Saute the prawns in the oil until pink and set aside.
2) Place the rice noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes and drain.
3) Stir fry the garlic, ginger and chilli for a couple of minutes.
4) Add the sugar snaps and peas and fry for a minute more.
5) Add the noodles, tamari, prawns and reheat.
6) Serve sprinkled with the chopped spring onions.
