1) Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.
2) Make a slit through the skin of the bananas along one side.
3) Break the chocolate into small pieces. Scatter the chocolate in the banana along the cut.
4) Sprinkle the coconut over the chocolate.
5) Put each banana onto a sheet of foil and crimp the edges together to seal into a parcel.
6) Transfer to a baking sheet and cook for 25 mins until the bananas have turned black.
7) Remove the foil before serving with some whipped cream.
