Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Saute the chopped onion in the oil and add the finely chopped carrots and fry for a few minutes.
2) Add the tinned tomatoes, cumin seeds, garlic paste, chopped red pepper, salt, pepper and dried chillies and simmer for 25 minutes.
3) After 25 minutes add the drained beans and bring back up to heat.
4) Serve with rice or nachos.
