12 cherry tomatoes nutritional information
12 cherry tomatoes
2 organic egg yolks nutritional information
2 organic egg yolks
2 tsp English mustard nutritional information
2 tsp English mustard
Salt and pepper to taste nutritional information
Salt and pepper to taste
2 slices wholemeal bread nutritional information
2 slices wholemeal bread
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce nutritional information
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Grate the cheese.
2) Mix the grated cheese with the egg yolks, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
3) Lightly toast one side of the bread.
4) Lightly pan fry or grill the cherry tomatoes until they soften.
5) Pile the mixture onto the untoasted side of each slice keeping it a little way in from the edge.
6) Grill until the cheese mix is bubbling.
7) Serve with the cherry tomatoes on top and more Worcestershire as desired.
