Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Preheat oven to 185C gas 5.
2) Place chicken skins onto a baking tray and season with salt and pepper.
3) Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until crispy.
4) Toss with paprika and serve with sweet chilli sauce.
