24g/4 garlic cloves, grated nutritional information

5ml lemon juice, to taste nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) In a large frying pan, heat the butter and the oil. Add the shallot and grated garlic and gently fry until soft.
2) Add the mushrooms and fry over a high heat until just cooked.
4) Add a splash of truffle oil and cook until the volume of liquid has reduced and the mushrooms are glazed and buttery.
5) Stir in the lemon juice. Season to taste.
6) Meanwhile toast the bread.
7) Serve the mushrooms on the toast with the chilli flakes and thyme sprinkled on top.
