What are the health benefits of Crispy paprika shitake mushrooms?

Look after your cells and boost your energy with this unusual vegan side dish. These are a great bacon substitute for vegetarians and vegans. Serve them with your fried breakfast for a real treat!

150g shitake mushrooms, thinly sliced nutritional information
150g shitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 tbsp paprika nutritional information
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil nutritional information
1 tbsp olive oil
2 big pinches of salt nutritional information
2 big pinches of salt

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

Method 1 - Air fryer

1) Set the air fryer to 240 °
2) Put the oil into a bowl big enough to hold the mushrooms and swirl around to cover the sides.
3) Add the mushrooms, paprika and salt.
4) Place a plate over the top of the bowl and shake well to coat the mushrooms.
5) Fry mushrooms for 8 – 12 minutes until nice and crisp.

Method 2 - Oven

1) Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
2) Put the oil into a bowl big enough to hold the mushrooms and swirl around to cover the sides.
3) Add the mushrooms, paprika and salt.
4) Place a plate over the top of the bowl and shake well to coat the mushrooms.
5) Bake on a baking try and pop in the oven for 20 minutes until crispy.
6) Eat immediately.
