Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Pre heat oven to 225°C.
2) Cut bacon into thin strips and fry in a non-stick frying pan until cooked to your liking. Set aside.
3) Place potato skins on a baking tray, hollow side up.
4) Sprinkle chopped onion and bacon evenly into the skins and top with the grated cheese.
5) Grind back pepper and a little salt over the skins and bake in the oven for 10 minutes, until golden.
6) Eat with your fingers and enjoy.
