Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Chop the red onion and saute in the olive oil for 10 minutes.
2) Add the turkey mince and fry until lightly browned (past the point all the moisture is boiled off).
3) Add the tinned tomatoes, the spices and the chopped red chilli and simmer for 30 minutes.
4) Add the black beans and bring back up to heat.
5) Finish with the chopped fresh coriander.
