45g/lemon wedges, to serve nutritional information

250g dried breadcrumbs nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Put the steaks into a clean plastic bag one at a time. Use a rolling pin to bash the steaks until they are really flat and thin.
2) Mix the flour, paprika and seasoing on a plate.
3) Put the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs on two more plates.
4) Dip the steaks into the flour first, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs.
5) Heat 1 tsp of butter and 1 tsp of oil in a large frying pan, then cook the schnitzels one at a time for about 1 min on each side until the breadcrumbs are golden.
6) Repeat Step 3 for the other schnitzels.
7) Serve with lemon wedges.
