Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Preheat oven to 180C/Gas 4.
2) If the cheese is in a wooden box, remove the paper and put it back in the box. If not, unwrap it and put in a small baking dish.
3) Score the top with a big cross.
4) Insert garlic and rosemary sprigs, season to taste and drizzle with the honey.
5) Bake for 15-20 mins and serve with crusty bread.
