Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Mix the pepper, lemon juice, oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and white wine in a small bowl.
2) Place swordfish in a lightly oiled baking dish and cook under the grill for 5 minutes.
3) Turn and cook for 5 minutes more.
4) Pour sauce over fish and cook for 5 more minutes.
5) Serve with marinade spooned on top.
