10g butter nutritional information

40g emmental cheese, grated nutritional information

2 medium eggs nutritional information

½ tsp grounf turmeric nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Place the frozen spinach ball in a measuring jug or bowl and microwave for 40 seconds.
2) Once the spinach is done, add the cheese, onion, turmeric and seasoning.
3) Add the egg and mix well.
4) Heat the butter in a small frying pan and then add the egg mixture.
5) Cook for approx 5 minutes or until it is cooked enough to turn over.
6) Dollop the tomato sauce on top and spread or serve with the omelette when its cooked.
7) Cook on the other side until done to your liking.
8) Serve immediately.
