60g unsalted butter, melted nutritional information

big pinch of salt nutritional information

¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda nutritional information
¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Preheat the oven to 350F/175C.
2) If the oats are too large, blitz the  until they are fine.
3) In a bowl, mix the oats, flour, salt and baking soda.
4) Add the melted butter and enough water and mix in to form a ball.
5) Lightly flour a surface and roll out the mixture to around 3-5mm thick.
6) Cut circles out of the dough and place on a greased baking tray and bake for approx. 15-20mins until they are lightly golden.
7) Remove and leave to cool.
8) Meanwhile melt the chocolate in a bowl placed over a saucepan of water.
9) Using a teaspoon spread the chocolate over the oat cakes.
10) Leave to cool and enjoy.
