1) Heat oil in a large casserole, add garlic and onions and fry until soft. 2) Add mince and fry until browned. 3) Add the cumin, seasoning, chillies and crumble in the stock cube, cook for 2 more minutes.
4) Stir in tomato purée and tomatoes. 5) Bring to the boil then turn down to a simmer for 45 minutes. 6) Add kidney beans and simmer for a further 5 minutes. 7) Serve chilli on a bed of rice.
