30g butter melted and cooled nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Add all of the ingredients (except butter for frying) to a blender and wiz until smooth or put the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Add all of the other ingredients and beat to make a smooth batter.
2) Heat a large frying pan over a fairly hot heat and melt a little butter.
3) Pour in enough mixture to make one pancake.
4) When it’s bubbled all over, about 3 mins, flip and allow to cook for a couple more minutes on the other side.
5) Keep warm while you make the rest.
6) Serve with honey or maple syrup and your choice of other toppings.
