Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Cook the pasta in a large pan of salted water until al dente approx 8 – 10 minutes depending on the pasta used.
2) Add the oil to a large frying pan with the chilli, garlic and anchovies and cook over a medium heat for a couple of minutes.
3) Add the broccoli and season to taste.
4) Remove a ladle full of the pasta water when it is nearly fished cooking and it to the frying pan. Cook until the broccoli is tender.
5) When the pasta is cooked drain and rinse quickly.
6) Add the drained pasta to the broccoli with the cheese and toss together. Serve immediately.
